Torna in italia per due esplosive date la one man band Industrial/EBM austriaca fondata nel 2007 da Thomas Rainer per presentare il nuovo album "Antithese" il settimo della loro discografia in uscita l'11 Gennaio per la Trisol Music Group. La prima data sarà il 26 Aprile a Roma al Traffic Club dopo 3 anni dal suo ultimo show nella capitale, la seconda data si svolgerà il 27 Aprile a Bologna all'Alchemica Music Club dopo 9 anni dal suo ultimo show al Millenium di Bologna del 2010.

For eleven years now, Thomas Rainer’s project Nachtmahr is shaking the very foundations of our world. On countless releases he savours ruin and decadence, bathes in ruthless aggression and marches relentlessly across scorched earth. Yet, he retains a carnal aura bordering on the obscene – the harbinger of a new age, of a rampant last night on earth in the glare of the apocalypse.

La one man band Industrial/EBM austriaca fondata nel 2007 da Thomas Rainer sarà Venerdì 26 Aprile a Roma al Traffic Club (dopo 3 anni dal suo ultimo show nella capitale), e Sabato 27 Aprile a Bologna, all'Alchemica Music Club dopo 9 anni dal suo ultimo show al Millenium di Bologna del 2010.

This project is the ultimate incarnation of Dj Selene Riot, one of the first italian hard dance djs, and also founding member of Silicon Riot, the first italian hard house project. After being active for several years in the alternative scene as dj, producer, and musician, Selene decided that it was time to release a solo project. He developed a style that combines modern influences of the futurepop/old schoo ebm/industrial scene with his personal taste in music: harsh E.B.M, electronic rock, cold wave and some influences from the rock/pop bands of the 80's (ZZ Top, Billy Idol, Sigue Sigue Sputnik).

Halo Effect is an Italian Electronic band formed in 2001 in Rome.
Halo Effect music covers a wide range of genres including Synth-pop, Darkwave, Future-pop, Ebm, New Wave, etc.
The strong live activity has led them to play in several italian cities and international too (in 2013 they played at Moritzbastei for the Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig), gaining an increasing positive feedback from the audience and also sharing the stage with artists like Front 242, Melotron, Covenant, Cruxshadows, Steve Naghavi (And One), De/Vision, Bloody, Dead & Sexy, e Krisma. After having been self-produced several demos and albums (“New Romantic Industry” in 2007 and “The Fourth Zone” in 2009), in 2012 they signed for the EK Product / Space Race Records label, achieving the album “Recoding” produced by Mika Rossi (Autodafeh / Endless Shame), who gave to it an “international” touch to the Halo Effect sound. In 2015 the album “Life is Perfect” (that reached the 7th position at the DAC and at GEWC, the 6th position in the ranking of Poponaut), is been produced by Rob Early (Retrogramme / 11grams). The new album “SHOUT” has been released on 25th May 2018 by Space Race Records.
The discography is integrated by several maxi singles and remix albums too (the double album “Code mixing” in 2014 and “Life is remixed” that’s a triple album out in 2017). All the remixes are by international djs and bands such as Beborn Beton, The Eternal Afflict, Spektralized, Foretaste, Lights of Euphoria, Neuroactive, Retrogramme, Substaat, Mantra of Machines, Dupont, Ad:Key, Norman Nodge, Falhaber, etc…
Many official videoclips have been produced by the band and available on youtube: “Hammer the Gear”, “Sector Beta”, “My Mistakes”, “Let The Stars Can Shine Away” and “Love is black”.
